SHIPPING POLICY
At Geaux 2 Lures, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and an excellent customer experience from start to finish — including shipping. Our goal is to make sure your order arrives promptly, securely, and hassle-free.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed off to the carrier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Please note that during periods of high demand — such as events, new product launches, or holidays — processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times and always work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Shipping times vary based on your location. Most customers can expect delivery within:
1–2 business days for nearby regions
3–4 business days for mid-range distances
5–6 business days for extended regions or rural areas
Please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or extreme weather, which are unfortunately outside of our control.
SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING
We have a flat fee of $8.00 for shipping. We also offer local pick up.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts). Orders under $75 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on current carrier rates.
We currently ship within the continental United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
⚠️ Please Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout to avoid delays.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to modify or cancel your order after it’s been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing or has shipped.
