We understand that sometimes the product you receive may not be exactly what you were expecting. If this happens, do not worry – we have got you covered! Our return policy allows you to send the product back to us within 30 days of receiving it.

Simply contact us at contact@geaux2lures.com and we will guide you through the process. We aim to make every transaction as seamless as possible, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return and we will do our best to take care of the rest for you.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, undamaged, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
